摘要
目的探讨开放式管理模式、封闭式管理模式下住院精神分裂症患者的照料者社会支持与生命质量状况的异同.方法采用社会支持量表(SS)评估照料者社会支持状况,采用世界卫生组织生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评估照料者生命质量.结果开放式管理模式下的照料者SS得分在主观支持分、客观支持分、社会支持总分方面均高于封闭式管理模式下的照料者,有统计学意义;不同管理模式下精神分裂症患者的照料者生命质量无显著性差异.结论在开放式管理模式下精神分裂症患者照料者的社会支持状况优于封闭式管理模式下的精神分裂症患者照料者,但生命质量差异不大.
Objective To investigate the differences of Social Support and Quality of Life of the caregivers of the schizophrene between open and closed ward. Methods The Social Support of the caregivers of the schizophrene was assessed with Social Support Scale （SS） , and the Quality of Life of caregivers of the schizophrene was assessed with WHO Quality of Life Scale, （WHO QOL-BREF）. Results The scores of SS were significant different between the open ward and the closed ward ; And the scores of WHO QOL-BREF had no significant differentce between open ward and closed ward. Conclusion The Social Support of caregivers of the schizophrene shows significant difference beteewn different wards , but their Quality of Life has no significant difference.
