摘要
本文选用国产537酸性蛋白酶和德国进口的Fereon M301酸性蛋白酶软化处理不同铬含量山羊坯革,详细研究酸性蛋白酶对不同含铬量坯革的收缩温度,含铬量和皮蛋白质含量等理化性质的有关影响和作用及其原因;并通过氨基酸分析初步确定了酸性蛋白酶催化水解铬■坯革胶原蛋白质的能力和主要作用点。
In this paper,537 acid proteinasc made in china and Fercon M301 acid proteinasc imported from Germany were selectcd for treating goat chrome crusts with different chrome content, the effects and reasons of acid proteinases on the shrink temperature. chronic contents and skin protein contents of the different chrome content crusts were studied in detail. The catalitical hydrolytic ability and chief points zgainst the acid proteinases against the chrome crust collagen were preliminarily determined by the amino acid analysis.
