摘要
目的 :探讨蟾酥对实验动物循环系统的多重药理作用。方法 :以离体蛙心和兔子为实验对象。结果 :对蟾酥能增强心收缩力、减缓心率、过量使用往往导致心跳停止 ,不同提取方法所得的蟾酥样品对实验兔血压产生了升高和降低两种截然不同的作用。结论
Explore toad's pharmacological function to experimental animal's circulatory system.Methods Take extracorporeal frog heart and rabbit as objects.Result Toad can strengthen heart contractility and slow heart rate,but using too much may cause heart stop beating.The toad samples got from different extract methods have two opposite functions to the blood pressure(high and low) of experimental rabbit.Conclusion It's suggested that to extract the monomer with pharmaceutical techniques can improve the therapeutic effect.
