摘要
川乌、草乌、含有乌头碱，乌头碱中毒，临床上时有发生，严重可出现呼吸、心跳停止，若抢救不及时可危及生命，导致死亡。投药过量是乌头碱中毒的主要原因之一，防止乌头碱中毒，医务人员应全面了解其医药理毒理、煎煮方法、患者的个体差异及药物配伍，合理用药。
Radix Aconiti Preparata and Radix Aconiti Kudnexoffii contain C34H47NO11,the C34H47 NO11poisoning will happen in clinic, even to arise from losing one's breath, stopping heart-beating, and cause the death if the rescue isn't in time.Taking them more is the main reason of C34H47NO11poi- soning.To prevent it take medicine rationally, the medical personnel should find out its pharmacology, poison, decocting, prescription and the difference between the patients.
