摘要
用FTIR ,1HNMR等手段剖析氨基硅油SF - 5的基本结构 ,阐述氨基硅油对纸页超级柔软的机理 ,由于氨基硅油的引入 ,纸页白度、强度、吸水性下降 ,探讨了纸页获得综合性能的有效方法。FTIR ,1HNMR谱显示SF - 5氨基硅油基本结构为N β 氨乙基 γ 氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷 ,当增强剂SAH用量 (浆内添加 ) 5wt‰时 ,氨基硅油总量为 2wt‰ ,其中SF - 5与SF - 4的重量百分比为 2 5∶75 (wt% ) ,聚硅油用量为 0 .5wt‰ (复配后表面喷雾 ) ,纸页可在强度、白度、吸水性等性能基本满足的前提下 。
Amino_silicone such as SF-5 structure has been characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR spectrum.The super softness mechanism of amino_silicone to the paper has been elabolated.The brightness,strength and absorption for water to the paper is reduced with the use of amino_silicones,and the methods of off_setting these undesirable effects have been investigated.It shows SF_5 structure is N β aminoethyl γ aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane.Based on the weight of dry fiber,by using strength resin 5 wt‰ SAH to the slurry,and spraying formulated product of 2 wt‰ amino_silicones(comprised 25wt% SF-5 and 75 wt%SF-4)and 0.5 wt‰ polyether_silicone onto surface of the dry paper,the paper can obtain super softness effects under the desirable properties of the brightness,strength and absorption for water.
