摘要
比较不同类型柔软剂、不同添加方式对纸页柔软度、裂断长等性能的影响。实验结果表明 :阳离子氨基硅油类柔软剂的加入对纸页具有超级柔软作用 ,但对纸页的强度会有所下降 ;采用表面干喷雾的形式添加氨基硅油类柔软剂于纸页中更有利于发挥其作用 ,当阳离子氨基硅油 (SF - 5 )的量为绝干浆 2wt‰时 ,既能使纸页具有相当的柔软性 ,又能保持纸页一定的强度。
The influence of applying different types of softening agents and using different addition methods to paper on softness and breaking length has been studied.The experimental results indicate that cationic amino_silicones softeners have a super soft effect for paper,but the strength of paper are declined with the additional softeners.Additional amino_silicones softeners spraying onto the surface of dry paper have a better advantage.The softness and strength of paper have a sufficient properties applying an amoumt of 2 wt‰ silicones (SF-5).
