摘要 采用HAAKE-9000型扭矩流变仪,在一定转速和温度下,测定了添加不同润滑剂时ABS体系的塑性形变曲线,对各种曲线进行分析,并研究了润滑剂的种类和用量对ABS力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:选熔融流动助剂1为ABS的加工助剂较理想,适宜用量为1.0~1.5份。 Under the condition of proper speed and temprature, the plastic deformation curves of ABS blends added with different lubricants were determined by using HAAKE- 9000 RHEOMETER. By analysising plastic deformation curve of different ABS blends and referring to the effects of varities and usage of lubricants on the mechanical and thermal property of ABS, lubricant I was founded to be the ideal processing agent for ABS and its suitable usage was 1.0-1. 5phr.
