摘要
研究了丁二烯橡胶粒径、聚合物种类以及消光剂含量对耐热级丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂光泽度的影响。结果表明,橡胶粒径较低时,增韧效果很差,需要复配一定量的大粒径橡胶才能平衡力学性能,随着橡胶粒径的增加,树脂表面光泽度降低。不同聚合物对ABS树脂光泽度的影响差异很大,非结晶聚合物对ABS树脂表面光泽度没有改善效果,结晶聚合物可进一步降低ABS树脂表面光泽度,其中尼龙(PA)6的改善效果最佳。在大粒径聚丁二烯橡胶的ABS树脂基础上添加PA6,可进一步得到更均匀细腻的表面低光泽效果,非常适用于制备汽车内饰件等低光泽要求的产品。
The influences of butadiene rubber particle sizes,polymer types and flatting agent contents on the gloss of heatresistant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) were studied. The results indicated that the toughening effect was poor with small size rubber particles,therefore large size rubber particles were introduced to balance the mechanical properties,the surface gloss of ABS decreased with the increase of ABS rubber particle size. The influences of different polymers on gloss were various,amorphous polymers could not decrease the gloss of heat–resistant ABS resin,while crystalline polymers could decrease the gloss,the decreasing extent of nylon(PA) 6 on the gloss of heat–resistant ABS resin was the highest. The addition of PA6 in ABS resin with large rubber particles could further produce more uniform and matte gloss effect,it was very suitable for preparing products with low gloss,such as automotive interior parts.
