摘要
提出了一种基于装配特征的零件装配模拟方法 ,设计者只需指定参与装配的两个零件上装配区域内的任一面 ,就可以自动完成零件装配的整个过程。在两个零件模型中 ,参与装配的面集及对应关系确定以后 ,零件装配的过程包括装配自由度、装配基面的确定及装配特征坐标系的建立等即可自动完成。在并行协同设计中 ,零件参数改变后 ,可以实现零件的完全自动装配 。
A new approach for assembling machinery parts has been developed, which is feature based. In this approach, the assembling procedure only requires the designer to select one of the face among the assembling region. The method employs assembly feature analysis to set up geometric constraint coordinate.Under geometric constraint, degree of freedom is obtained.The degree of freedom is dependent on the assembly direction and then the assembly coordinates are correctly defined. As a result, the assembling procedure is successfully finished. All the methods proposed in this paper have been proved correctly in a feature based and concurrent oriented design and manufacturing integrated system.
