从南海海洋真菌 (135 6号 )菌体中分离到一种新的杂多糖W11,甲醇解研究表明W11是由葡萄糖和半乳糖组成的 ,其摩尔比为 3∶2 .药理研究表明 ,该多糖能提高机体的免疫功能 ,对人肝癌细胞HepG2和Bel740 2有细胞毒作用 ,半数杀伤浓度 (IC50 )分别为 5 0 μg/mL和 2 5
A fungal polysaccharide W 11 was isolated and purified from the marine mangrove fungus (strain No.1356) from the South China Sea. The methanolysis of W 11 was studied. The reaction products were trimethylsilylated and analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS.The results indicated that W 11 consists of glucoses and galactoses. Their mole rate is 3∶2.The polysaccharide showed cytotoxic effect to human hepato cellular cancer cells,HepG2 and Bel7402.The IC50 equals 50 μg/mL and 25 μg/mL respectively.
