摘要
目的 探讨糖皮质激素对哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMCs)白细胞介素 5 (IL 5 )mRNA、白细胞介素 4(IL 4)mRNA表达的影响。方法 采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法 ,测定糖皮质激素治疗前后哮喘患者PBMCsIL 5mRNA、IL 4mRNA的表达情况。结果 糖皮质激素治疗后 ,哮喘患者PBMCsIL 5mRNA、IL 4mRNA表达均低于治疗前水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 糖皮质激素通过在基因转录水平抑制IL 4、IL
Objective To explore the role of glucocorticoid on expression of interleukin 5(IL 5)mRNA,interleukin 4(IL 4)mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) from patients with asthma.Methods By using a semi quantiative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,we measured the changes of IL 5mRNA,IL 4mRNA expression in PBMCs of asthmatics before and after being treated with glucocorticoid.Results The levels of IL 5mRNA,IL 4mRNA in PBMCs of asthmatics after being treated with glucocorticoid were reduced,compared with those before( P <0 05),and there was a significant difference between those treated with glucocotrticoid and controls.Conclusion It’s shown that glucocorticoid inhibits the expression of IL 5,IL 4 in PBMCs from patients with asthma at the transcriptional level and it is indicated that glucocorticoid is of potential role in anti inflammation for asthma.
