摘要
针对消失模铸造涂料特点，选择合适的原材料，研究出一种适于铸造生产使用的涂料配比，涂层强度为１６８．１ｇ，透气性７．１ｃｍ３／（ｇ·ｍｉｎ）。通过生产实践，在耐火材料粒度、涂刷厚度、合金种类上得到了进一步完善，生产中只要加强常规性能检测，即可得到易清理、外观质量完好的铸件。
A kind of proportioning of coating with strength 168. 1 g and permeability 7. 1 cm3/ ( g ·min) suitable for foundry production has been developed aiming at lost-form and proper raw material. Improvement on refractory granularity, coating thickness and variety of alloy has been obtained. Perfect castings with sound appearance and easy for cleaning can be done so long as to intensify general testing of performance.
