摘要
通过正交试验确定了醇基涂料的最佳配比。采用活性处理的锂基膨润土做醇基涂料的悬浮剂,使涂料具有优良的悬浮性和触变性。生产性试验表明,该涂料用于生产碳钢、高锰钢、铸铁及铜合金铸件均可获得令人满意的结果。
Determines optimum prescription of the alcohols based coating material through orthogonal tests. The Li-based bentonite activing treatment is used as the deflocculants of the alcohols based coating material, to make the alcohols based coating material excellent suspensionbility and thixotropy. The results show that it can be used in carbon steel, high manganese steel, iron or cuprum alloys castings.
