摘要
本文首次采用4—9可变节点二维Q_(m6)单元分析内燃机机体结构。以B495柴油机机体刚度分析为例,计算结果表明,采用Q_(m6)单元比用SAP5程序中板壳元的精度高,且省机时。
In this paper, the 4-9 nodes Q_(m6) element is the first time to be used toanalyse the engine blocks. As shown in B495 diesel engine block example, the calculation results showed that much high accuracy was given by using Q_(m6) element than by using the shell element of SAP5, and much more operating time were saved as well.
