小型风冷柴油机机体特性和结构

摘要 应用试验模态分析技术研究扩缸前后两种风冷农用柴油机机体的动态特性,机体刚度、工作面的振动特征对工作性能的影响试验结果表明:机体扩缸后,固有频率降低,变形增大,具有相同的振动形态和薄弱部位重视第一代机体结构性能的优化和系列化设计是产品升级换代的关键。 In this paper by experimental model analysis, a study is made on the dynamic characteristic and stiffness and working properties about the vibration on working surface of two kinds of air cooled agriculture diesel engine before and after their cylinder diameters are enlarged .The result shows that the engine block with larger cylinder diameter has the same model shape and weak places,but lower natural frequency, bigger deformation compared with that with smaller cylinder diameter.The optimum and serial design of the structure properties for the first generation of diesel engine cylinder is the key to the improvemout of the products and is the guarantee of economic and reliable products.
