摘要
阐释了新世纪高等教育的核心理念 ,并指出应按照这些核心理念指引的方向转变教育思想观念 ,深化高校教育教学改革。
The article explains the key concepts of higher education in new century, and points out that we should change our education ideas and deeper the reform of education according to these key concepts.
