摘要
大学作为学术性机构 ,学术管理是大学管理区别于其它社会管理的重要特征 ,确立教师在学术管理中的主体地位是大学特征的必然要求 ,也是我国高校当前必须而且亟待解决的问题 ,因而 ,要建立健全以教师为主体的学术管理运行机制和管理体系。
To be an academic institution, academic managment in uviversities is an important characteristics to differentiate it from other social managemnnt. It's both an inevitable require to establish the teachers' main position on academic management in universities and a problem to be settled urgently.We should establish and improve the system of operation and management focus on the teachers' main body.
