摘要
通过对现有各种辊间压力与压扁计算理论及方法的分析和进一步的理论推导及有关实验验证 ,证明辊间弹性接触压扁和接触压力之间存在着非常良好的线性关系 ,计算轧辊接触弹性变形时利用线性关系可获得较高的精度。
Synopsis By way of analysis on the various existing algorithm theories and methods and the roll gap pressure and flattening, and further theoretical derivation and experimental verification it is proved that a pretty good linearship exists between elastic contact flattening at the roll gap and the contact pressure. Effective use of this linear relationship in calculating the elastic deformation of the contacting rolls can achieve higher precision of the calculated value.
