摘要
用 2 %甲醛 0 0 1ml注入小鼠膝关节造模 ,观察中药敷膝加TDP照射对小鼠膝关节肿胀及白细胞、中性白细胞、SOD、GSH、MDA的影响。结果治疗组小鼠关节肿胀明显减轻 ,白细胞降低 ,中性白细胞升高 ,SOD增高 ,MDA降低 ,较模型组差别均有显著意义。并将此法用于临床关节病 90例进行比较 ,综合治疗组有效率明显高于单纯TDP组。证实中药外敷加TDP照射具有明显的抗炎、抑制自由基。
The model was made by injecting the knee joint of mice with 0.01ml of 2% formaldehyde to observe the effect of external application with TDP irradiation on tumefaction of knee joint, WBC, neutrophil, SOD, GSH, and MDA. It shows that the tumefaction in the treatment group is considerably relieved, WBC and MDA decrease, and neutrophil and SOD increase markedly. This method has also been used clinically in 90 cases for comparison, with the effective rate of the treatment group superior to that of the TDP group. This has confirmed that external application with TDP irradiation has a remarkable anti-inflammatory action, can inhibit free radical and improve antioxidation.
