摘要
目的 观察针刺对药物代谢的影响。 方法 采用大鼠完全弗氏佐剂性关节炎模型 ,观察雷公藤甲素治疗与针刺加雷公藤甲素治疗后 ,药动学的变化。 结果 单纯雷公藤甲素组大鼠体内药物代谢无差别 ,针刺组峰血药浓度升高 ,达峰时间提前与单纯组比较有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1)。血药浓度下降较慢 ,尤以药后 1h针刺较为明显。 结论 由于针刺作用 ,雷公藤甲素在体内吸收和代谢可能发生了变化 ,提示临床针药并用时 。
Purpose To observe the influence of acupuncture on drug metabolism. Methods A F's rat model of adjuvant arthritis was used to observe the pharmacokinetic change after treatment by triptergium wilfordii and by acupuncture plus tripterygium wilfordii. Results There was no significant difference in intracorporeal drug metabolism in the simple triptergium wilfordii group of rats. The peak blood drug concentration rose and the peak time came ahead of time in the acupuncture group, which were significantly different from those in the simple group( P <0.01). The blood drug concentration dropped more slowly, which was marked especially if acupuncture was performed 1 hr after the administration of the drug. Conclusion Acupuncture may change the intracorporeal absorption and metabolism of triptergium wilfordii, indicating that clinically consideration should be given to the possible influence of acupuncture on the metabolism of some drugs.
