频谱细化技术及其在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 功率谱分析是机械故障诊断技术中精密诊断的常用方法。但它往往因频率分辨率低,而影响频率识别的准确性,导致故障诊断的失败。欲提高频率分辨率,只有增加时间窗长度或增加采样点数,这又必然会增大计算量。本文采用复调制细化方法,对复杂疲劳点蚀故障的滚动轴承振动信号进行了细化分析。结果表明,细化分析可以提高频率分辨率,对于频率值相近谱峰的识别,效果良好。 Power Spectrum Analysis is a common method for precise detection in mechanical fault diagnosis.However,low frequency resolution often affects the accuracy of frequency identification and the work may therefore result in failure. Though increasing the time window length or the sampling number can improve frequency resolution, yet the calculation will be cumbersome. In our research work,the ZOOM analys is of ball-bearing vibrating signal from complex fatigue point corrosion is done by multiple-modulation ZOOM spectrum analysis. The results show that the ZOOM analysis can increase the frequency resolution and so better distinguish two adjacent frequency peaks.
