摘要
研究了混沌与分形的特征参数 关联维数的计算方法 ,分析了其计算参数的选择依据 ,并计算出液压泵正常和故障状态压力信号的关联维数。通过对液压泵的实验证明 ,设备在不同状态下具有明显不同的关联维数。因此 ,关联维数分析方法可以作为设备状态监测与故障诊断的有力依据 ,并具有较为广阔的应用前景。
The calculation method of chaos and fractal characteristic parameter-correlation dimension is studied. The gists for choosing its calculating parameters are analyzed. The correlation dimensions of hydraulic pump press signal in normal and fault state have been calculated. The experimental results show that the pump has different correlation dimensions in different work condition. The analytical method of correlation dimensions can be used as a trenchancy tool for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment and it has wide application prospect.
