摘要
对村民自治的评价，从一开始就存在着激烈的和针锋相对的争论。笔者以为，应该从事实分析与价值期望相比较的两个视角去品评村民自治；而要真正确保其价值期望和理论意义的实现，必须尽快从根本上解决事实上存在的困境，即村民自治应该向“村自治”过渡。
In contemporary China, there is heated argument on the villagers'autonomy from its outset. In my opinion, we should evaluate the villagers'autonomy from a comparative angle between the theory deducing and positive study. We must eliminate the current difficult positions of the villagers'autonomy as soon as possible to achieve the theoretical value of the villagers'autonomy, thus achieving the transi- tion from the villagers'autonomy to the village's autonomy.
