摘要
中国村民自治是由农民创造的，但其运作过程是在政府推动下进行的。目前，对于政府介入下的村民自治的功效，理论界争论不一。我们认为在中国特定条件下政府介入村民自治不仅是可行的，而且是必要的。随着时间推移，这种介入会逐渐走向规范化。
Chinese villagers’ self government was created by peasants,and promoted under the force of government.Nowadys,the efficacy of villagers’self government with the intervening act of government still remains a debate in theoretical circles.This paper illustrates that government’s intervening act is not only practicable,but essential,with this act villagers’self government will become more and more stansard and finally realize the transformation from administration to self government.
