摘要
采用基于MonteCarlo方法和简化的物理模型所编制的程序较好地模拟了冷轧压下率对钢板连续退火组织变化规律的影响 ,实现了常规金相组织实验所无法显示的连续退火组织的原位动态变化过程
The changes of continuous annealing microstructure in the steel sheet caused by cold rolling reduction are successfully simulated using a program written based on Monte Carlo method and simple physical model. The program can simulate and realize dynamic change course of annealing microstructure that can not be observed through ordinary metallographic test. The change law derived from simulation is identical with that gained by experiments.
