摘要
提出了双表面活性剂微乳液增敏流动注射光度法测定梯恩梯的新方法 .当微乳液组成为 :氯代十六烷基吡啶 ( CPC)∶乳化剂 OP∶ C6H1 4∶ C5H1 1 OH=8.5∶ 7.0∶ 2 .3∶ 1 .2时 ,考察了各试剂 ,流路参数对测定的影响 .该法比之以 Na2 SO3- CPC流动注射法测定梯恩梯 ,灵敏度提高1 3.9% ,在梯恩梯为 0 .0 5~ 2 0μg/ ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,相对标准偏差0 .37% ,采样频率 1 80样· h- 1 .该法应用于土壤样品及合成水样的测定 。
Flow injection (FI) spectrophotometric determination of α TNT with the sensitization effect of microemusion of dual surfactants is introduced. When the composition CPC∶OP∶C 6H 14 :n C 5H 11 OH is 8 5∶7 0∶2 3∶1 2,the reaction and the FI photometric optimum conditions are studied. The sensitivity is more by 13 9% than that using the FI method of CPC sodium sulfite. Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 05~20 μg/ml, the RSD is 0 37%. The sampling rate is 180 samples per hour. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of the contaminated soil and wastewater with satisfactory results.
