摘要
利用有限元方法对轴易产生应力集中的部位进行了细致地建模,通过计算得到了轴的结构应力分布规律、变形量;通过对危险截面的强度校核验证了原设计方案的可靠性,从而为该轴设计方案的最终确定提供了理论依据,同时也为轴的结构设计提供了一种有效的方法。
Introduces the model of some parts of shaft where are easy to produce stress concentration by using finite-element method. By calculating, we gain distributed law and deformation quantity of shaft′s structural stress. By checking strength of dangerous section, we verify the reliability of previous scheme. At the same time, we also provide an effective way of shaft′s structural design.
