摘要
为研究农用运输车整车振动特性 ,以试验为基础 ,对农用运输车的行驶平顺性进行分析评价 ,同时对动力传动系扭转振动进行了初步的分析研究 试验研究结果表明 :农用运输车的行驶平顺性很差 ,路面激励是影响农用运输车行驶平顺性的主要因素 ,发动机激励引起整车产生较为强烈的结构振动噪声 ;发动机激励和路面激励对动力传动系扭转振动特性的影响是不同的 在整车振动特性试验研究的基础上 。
The article introduces experimental research on vibration characteristics of the agricultural vehicle. The road input running tests on two kinds of typical village road are conducted. The test results show the ride comfort of agricultural vehicle is very unsatisfactory. The high frequency vibration of the agricultural vehicle is serious due to lack of engine mounting system. Engine excitation and road excitation on torsional vibration characteristics of power train is discussed. Some suggestions for improvement are proposed.
