拖拉机行驶平顺性研究的新方法

摘要 根据行驶平顺性分析的需要,本文首先将我们研制的广义机构计算机辅助设计系统GMCADS进行扩充,同时配上后处理程序PPRVA,然后将拖拉机-挂车运输机组简化为八个自由度的广义机构模型,最后,根据实际需要,用扩充后的GMCADS系统和PP-RVA程序对Fiat 80-90 DT拖拉机-挂车机组的广义机构模型进行了行驶平顺性模拟计算,同时也进行了试验验证,结果表明GMCADS系统和广义机构模型对拖拉机行驶平顺性的研究不失为一种有效的方法。 In order to meet the requirements of Ride Vibration Analysis, the software GMCADS (Generalized Mechanisms Computer Aided Design System) was expanded and a post processing program PPRVA (Post processor of Ride Vibration Analysis)was added at first. Then the transport system of the tractor and trailer aombinations was simplified as a eight degree-of-freedom genaralized mechanism model. For the solution of actual problems, the expanded GMCADS system and the PPRVA program wore finally adopted to simulate the ride vibration analysis of the generalized mechanism model of Fiat 80-90 DT tractor and trailer combinations. In the meantime, the ride vibration test of Fiat 80-90 DT tractor and trailer combinations was carried out. The application of GMCADS and Generalized Mechanism Model in the study of tractor ride vibration problems was proved to be a valuable approach by the comparison between the simulation results and test ones.
