摘要
采用X -射线衍射、电子探针等多种手段 ,研究烟化法锑氧粉的化学成分、物相组成等特性 ,进行烟化法锑氧粉还原正交试验。结果表明 ,烟化法锑氧粉与鼓风炉锑氧粉相比 ,成分复杂 ,杂质含量高 ,其中Sb2 O3 以等轴晶系为主 ,少量为斜方晶系 ,杂质相为无定型炭和石墨、赤铁矿、石英等。最佳还原条件为 :温度 10 0 0℃ ;碳酸钠加入量 6 %~ 7% ;还原剂木炭加入量 2 5 %。锑还原回收率为 83 %。
