摘要
介绍了烟化法锑氧粉的来源和还原熔炼时存在的主要问题.测定了烟化法锑氧粉还原熔炼后的锑渣熔点,采用化学分析、X射线衍射、电子探针等研究手段,分析了锑渣化学成分,查明了其物相组成和各物相相对百分含量,对其物相组成进行了讨论,证明确定的烟化法锑氧粉的还原熔炼工艺是适宜的.
The source of antimony oxide from fuming process and its main problems existing in reducing smelting are presented in this paper. The melting point of the slag in reducing smelting of antimony oxide from fuming process is measured. The chemical composition of the crystallographic components and its weight percentage of phase are determined with chemical analysis, X -ray diffraction and electron probe. And the crystallographic components are also discussed. All that show the reducing smelting process of fuming antimony oxide is feasible.
