摘要
电阻炉模型参数具有随温度而变化的时变特性 ,当炉温大范围变化时采用常规 PID控制方法不能满足较高工艺要求 ,为此 ,文中提出了一种自适应控制方法 ,并研制了基于单片机的温度控制装置。实际运行证明 :控制方法具有较高的稳态精度和跟踪特性 ,且超调量小 ,控制装置简单。
As the model parameters of resistance furnace vary with temperature, the traditional PID control method can not meet the higher technological requirements when the furnace temperature varys in large range. An adaptive control strategy is proposed and a control device based on single chip microprocessor is developed. Practical operation shows that this control strategy has good steady state accuracy , higher tracking performance and small over adjustment,and the device is simple and reliable.
