摘要
介绍了12m大法兰的制造及焊接工艺 ,分析了大法兰焊接变形产生的原因 ,并提出了控制大法兰焊接变形的工艺措施 ,实际法兰的拼焊表明使用的“1+1” ,“2 +2” ,“4+4”的焊接方案和分段退焊、短段焊等焊接工艺措施是有效的 ,使最终法兰的平面度、椭圆度。
This paper described the assembly and welding process of the Φ12m flange ,analyzed the principle of the welding distortion of the large flange and worked out the welding procedure to control its welding distortion. The manufacture of the actual flange illustrated that it was effective to control the welding distortion by using the welding program of the '1+1'?'2+2'?'4+4' and the backstep welding ?the short section welding procedure., and illustrated the change of the flange planeness ?circularity and circumference meet the technical requirements.
