摘要
基于小机床加工超大构件的思想,设计一台用于大型法兰现场加工的可移动机床和加工工艺方案。加工工艺方案采用先进测量设备,对法兰进行整体测量,精确定位主要加工区域,使用可移动机床对法兰分段加工。可移动机床设计完成后分析可移动机床整体性能,确保其加工性能符合要求,最后利用实验验证工艺方案的可行性。
In order to use normal machine tools to refine large size parts,a mobile machine tool and manufacturing plan for large flange machining was designed.The processing technology covers the whole flange by advanced measuring equipment,and focus on the main area of the manufacturing.The segmented processing of the flange by the mobile machine tool is realized.After the design of the mobile machine tool is completed,it is necessary to analyze whether its overall performance touch the requirements and use experiments to verify the feasibility of the process plan.
