摘要
选用抗旱性不同的小麦品种进行花药培养 ,在培养基中加入不同质量浓度的PEG(聚乙二醇 )作为干旱诱导剂 ,探讨PEG对不同小麦品种花药出愈率的影响。结果表明 ,在培养基中加入 80~ 10 0mg·L-1的PEG ,能显著提高花药出愈率 ;在培养基中加入 12 0mg·L-1的PEG ,对抗旱性强的小麦品种仍能促进花药出愈 ,对抗旱性弱的小麦品种有降低出愈的作用。因此 ,在高浓度的PEG胁迫下仍有较高的出愈率 ,可以作为小麦抗旱性筛选的一个指标。
In this paper,the anthers from 6 wheat varieties were cultured in the m edium which were added into different concentration PEG, then the initiating rat es of callus were calculated. The results indicated: 80~100 mg·L -1 PEG i n the medium could increase the initiating rate significantly; 120 mg·L -1 PEG, for the variety with high resistance to drought, could increase the initia ting rate of the callus, yet to those varieties with low resistance, this concen tration of PEG would decrease the rate when the anthers were cultured. As a resu lt, higher concentration of PEG could be used as the index in identifying the dr ought-resistance ability of wheat and the callus of anther cultured.
