摘要
本文对4份难诱导型水稻材料花药进行PSK-α低温预处理和诱导培养基中添加不同浓度的PSK-α试验。结果发现,10pmol/L PSK预处理能提高花药出愈率,100 pmol/L PSK的效果更明显,最高提高达5.67%,且NBA培养基诱导效率优于NB2培养基;诱导培养基中添加PSK以及PSK预处理和诱导培养基中添加PSK相结合对提高愈伤诱导率的效果不及PSK预处理;经PSK处理后的愈伤组织分化出的苗较对照长势粗壮,田间长势也较好,没有观察到变异。
In the study, 4 rice anther were pretreated with PSK-α at low temperature and induced callus in induction medium with a series concentrations PSK-α. The results showed that the low temperature pretreatment with 10 pmol/L PSK could improve the initiating rate of the anther and 100 pMol/L PSK had an obvious effects. The induction rate of the anther in NBA medium was better than that in NB2. The PSK pretreatment had more effects on enhancing the induction rate than that in induction medium supplemented PSK and the combination of PSK pretreatment at low temperature and induction medium supplemented PSK. The seedling from callus of anther treated with PSK had better growth than that of control.
