摘要
红细胞血型抗原决定簇位于红细胞膜表面,为糖和多肽,具有多态性和遗传性.检查和鉴定血型抗原和抗体有助于安全输血,也有助于对可能患新生儿溶血病(HDN)孕妇的治疗.
