摘要
对转子动静碰摩信号的相空间特征进行了分析和检测 ,分别用连续小波变换、多尺度分解、小波包和能量 尺度对比方法对动静碰摩振动响应的径向分量进行了研究 ,且在相空间得到了一些故障特征 .用连续小波变换分析碰摩信号时 ,与碰摩点相对应的小波系数分布在较小的尺度上 ,且随着尺度的减小 ,小波系数模极大值线逐渐收敛于碰摩点处 ;用多尺度分解方法得到的第 1级和第2级的细节信号中反映了碰摩点的特征 ,表现为局部极值点 ;用时间 尺度能量对比方法分析 ,这些特征表现得更为明显 .这些特征都有助于故障的准确诊断 .
Features of a rotor-to-stator rub-impact are analyzed and detected. Several methods (including continuous wavelets, discrete wavelets, wavelet packets and time-scale energy contrast method) are applied to obtain the characteristics of the rub-impact signal in the phase space. Numerical results show that continuous wavelet transform corresponding to rub-impact points at small scales converges as the scale is decreased. For the image of multi-scale decomposition, the characteristics of rub-impact points manifest as local extreme value of the first and second detail components. Similar characteristics are more distinct in the energy contrast image of time-scale domain. This work enhances the diagnosis of rub-impact.
