摘要
针对旋转机械常见的碰摩故障,在不同的转子系统结构以及不同的不平衡量的3种条件下对系统的动力学特性进行了实验研究,发现了转子系统当发生碰摩时其运动轨迹有明显的碰撞折返特点、振动波形有明显的削波现象、振动频谱中既包含工频,也有明显的高频谐波分量。这些特征可为准确诊断转子系统的碰摩故障提供依据。
For the rub-impact malfunction occurred often in rotating machinery, experimental investigations of the dynamic characteristics of the system were performed under three different conditions with different configurations of the rotor system and different unbalances. It is found that when the rub-impact occurs in the rotor system, the obvious feature of impact and turn back in the orbits and the clear truncations in the waveforms can be found. The vibration spectrum includes not only the synchronous component but also the higher harmonic components. These characteristics can provide the basis for the accurate diagnosis of the rub-impact fault of the rotor system.
