摘要
采用通用引物L1472 4、H15 149和PCR直接测序技术对一未知动物材料的Cytb基因进行分析 ,获得了 4 2 5bp的DNA序列 ,比较发现与獐亚科的獐只存在 2个碱基差异 ,NJ和UPGMA法构建的分子进化树一致 ,均表明其首先与獐聚类 。
The cytochrome b gene of an unnamed wild animal was sequenced by PCR with a pair of universal primers(L14724,H15149).The 425bp Cytb gene was sequenced by PCR.There were only two nucleotides different with Chinese water deer( Hydropotes inermis ).Molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed using Neighbor-Joining method and UPGMA method.The results further suggested the animal was a Chinese water deer.
