摘要
观察抗纤复方对硬变肝原代培养肝细胞超微结构的影响。以 0 5 %二甲基亚硝胺 (DMN)予大鼠腹腔注射造成肝纤维化模型。分为小牛血清对照、正常大鼠血清对照、抗纤复方药物血清和抗纤复方药物原液 4个观察组 ,通过电镜进行细胞超微结构观察。结果 ,抗纤复方两组的纤维肝肝细胞基本完整 ,代谢活跃。抗纤复方有稳定肝细胞膜及促进细胞光面内质网的解毒功能 ,同时有抑制纤维肝肝细胞过量合成胶原的作用。
Objective :To observe the effect of anti fibrosis compound prescription(ACP) on ultrastructure of primary cultured fibrous hepatocytes. Methods :0 5% of dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) was injected intraperitoneally to rats to make hepatic fibrosis models.Four groups were divided to be examined by electron microscopy. Results :The fibrous hepatocytes of two ACP groups were almost intact and metabolically active. Conclusion :ACP can stabilize the membranes of hepatocytes and promote detoxification of smooth endoplasmic reticulum.Simultaneously,ACP can also inhibit the excessive production of collagens of fibrous hepatocytes.
