摘要
国家投入是国家的一项重要经济活动 ,而区域经济发展不平衡又是世界各国长期普遍存在的现象。文章通过对意大利南方开发计划的国家政策投入的分析 ,结合我国西部大开发的实际 ,提出政府既要加大对欠发达地区的投资力度 ,又要合理引导投资方向 ,规范运作程序 。
The state investment is an important economy action, and imbalance of regional economy development is a worldwide phenomenon. By analyzing Italy investment policy of developing its South Region,and according to the practice of developing the West region of our country, we raise proposals, such as increasing the weight of investment direction properly, standardizing the operation procedure,to help us utilize the limited capital to get maximum beneficial result.
