摘要
文章就青海民族地区人力资源的开发问题作了探讨 ,认为在西部大开发中 ,由于缺乏与现代化发展要求相适应的人才队伍和人力资源 ,青海经济面临着发展乏力的困境。只有通过改革现有的教育模式 ,培养和开发自己的人才队伍 。
This article probed into human resources' exploitation in Qinghai's ethnic areas,the writer points out,in the great development of western China,be cause of lack of talented person and human resources in accordance with modernized requirement,Qinghai economy is confronted with many difficulties,To get rid of difficulties must reform educational model at present to cultivate the talent and promote large-scale production in ethnic areas.
