摘要
乌拉圭回合后 ,发达国家开始采用更为隐蔽的方式实施贸易壁垒 .他们借可持续发展之名 ,利用国际社会对环境保护的广泛关注和人民环保意识的增强 ,一方面加强环保立法 ,一方面推行绿色贸易壁垒 ,对发展中国家的出口造成了严重的影响 ,我国应采取积极的措施来应对绿色壁垒。
After Uruguay round, The developed country begin to carry out trade barrier using conceal way. They in the name of develop continuously and utilize international society widespread follow with interest the environment protect and people environment protect of consciousness strengthen, on the one hand they strengthen environment protect legislation, on the other hand they pursue green trade barrier. These make serious influence to developing country's export. Our country must adopt vigorous measures to deal with green trade barrier
