综述了有关天然 苝 醌化合物产生菌的化学成分分析、苝 醌化合物的生物合成、菌寄生菌的生物合成、菌寄生菌化学成分的结构鉴定、苝 醌化合物光敏作用的量子化学计算的研究进展。
The review summarizes the studies on analysis of the chemical components of the metabolic products from fungus;biosynthesis of perylenequinone compounds;identification and isolation of chemical components of fungus;chemical structure identification of perylenequinones by element analysis,UV,FTRI, 1H, 13 C,IDNMR,MS,and X ray diffraction;quantum chemical calculation of perylenequinonid photosensitizer parametres such as heat of formation,△E,HOMO and LUMO levels.
