摘要
以海带为原料 ,采用超临界CO2 萃取法进行海藻多不饱和脂肪酸提取的研究。结果表明 ,当CO2 流量为 2 5~ 3 5L h时 ,萃取压力 2 5MPa、萃取温度 30℃、萃取时间 3h、原料粒度 40~ 6 0目、分离压力 5MPa、分离温度 35℃最利于海带脂质的提取 ,此超临界CO2 萃取条件可使海带总脂肪酸中多不饱和脂肪酸含量达到 6 7 2 %。
Researched on extracting PUFAs from Laminaria japonica which used as the material by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.The results showed that the best condition of extracting lipids from L.Japonica were 2.5~3.5L/h of flux of CO 2、25MPa of extraction pressure、30℃ of extraction temperature、3h of extraction time、granularity of 40~60、5MPa of separated pressure、35℃ of separated temperature.The condition of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction could increase the content of PUFAs to 67.2% in total fatty acids.
