摘要
利用分子蒸馏装置对高酸值花椒籽油进行脱酸表明脱酸效果显著 ,重馏份 (油脂 )的得率高 ,对酸值在 10mgKOH/g~ 4 0mgKOH/g花椒籽油进行脱酸 ,得到的油脂酸值均小于 4mgKOH/g ,同时所得到轻馏份 (脂肪酸 )酸值均在 192mgKOH/g~ 198
Molecular distillation equipment was used to remove FFA from Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil with high acid value.Molecular distillation could remove FFA effectively with a high yield of heavy fraction.The acid value of oil was lowered to less than 4 mgKOH/g from 10 mgKOH/g~40 mgKOH/g after the removal of FFA by molecular distillation,and the obtained light fraction had an acid value ranging from 192 mgKOH/g to 198.5 mgKOH/g.
