摘要
通过对排球正面扣球的助跑起跳技术的力学分析 ,对在教学中学生易出现的错误动作 ,逐一进行科学对照 ;采用设问的方式进行讲解和纠正 ,使学生既明确动作原理 ,又能自我评价 ,相互纠正 ,充分体现体育的智育功能 ,使大学生体育课更具科学性。
Questioning method means to aok questions,and then analyze and sohe them. This methed is often used in explaining athletic techniques and correcting the nrong. The author shows the application of questioning method and its good effects in teaching by taking raising and smashing volleyballs,taking off as examples.
