摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺癌行甲状腺全切除术及术后甲状腺激素的应用。方法 自 1994年 10月至 2 0 0 0年10月对 6 5例甲状腺癌病人行甲状腺全切除术 ,术后应用甲状腺激素治疗 ,并随访观察。结果 42例首次手术、18例第 2次手术、5例第 3次手术行甲状腺全切除术 ,31例同时行改良颈部淋巴结清扫术。 6 5例术后均服用甲状腺激素。随访 5 6例 ,2例术后死于转移癌。其余 5 4例均存活 ,无癌复发。结论 对除未分化癌以外的甲状腺癌行甲状腺全切除术 ,术后常规予以甲状腺激素治疗 ,定期同位素复查 ,并辅以适当的放射性碘治疗 。
Objective To discuss the performance of total thyroidectomy for the patients with thyroid cancer and application of thyroxin after operation.Methods Sixty-five patients of thyroid cancer were performed total thyroidectomy from Oct.1994 to Oct.2000 and administrated thyroxin after operation.Follow-up lasted from 6 months to 7 years.Results 42 cases were performed total thyroidectomy in the first time,18 cases in the second,and 5 cases in the third;31 cases with lymphadenectomy.Thyroxin were used for all the patients after surgery.Follow-up for 56 cases,54 cases survived without tumor and 2 died of recurrence.Conclusion Total thyroidectomy is the recommended treatment for thyroid cancer except for anaplastic cancer;combined with routine application of thyroxin and proper radioactive 131 I therapy after operation are optimal therapy procedures.
