摘要
运用集中参数法建立了机械系统进给机构的非线性动力学模型 ,从数学模型出发 ,基于内在反馈的概念 ,将控制论的观点引入了机械系统 ,用描述函数法导出了低速运动时出现自激的条件 ,提出了低速运动时抑制自激的方法 ,并在消除自激的基础上 ,基于文献[1]所提出的控制策略 ,给出了提高低速运动精度的控制方案。
Using the lumped parameter method, a dynamic mode l for the feed parts of machine tool is established. Based on the internal feedb ack concept, the system can be treated as a control system and be analyzed by co ntrol theory. The describing function method is used to analyze this nonlinear s ystem and the condition for producing self-excited vibration is deduced. A meth od for controlling the self-excited vibration is presented. It is proved to be feasible and effective.
